I received only part of my order. Where is the rest?
If you ordered multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages.
This helps our fulfillment team package products safely and ship items faster from different warehouse locations.
Your remaining items are still on the way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — we allow cancellations or order changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Changes within 24 hours: Free
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Full refund may be issued minus processing fees if applicable
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot always be changed or canceled.
How do I request an exchange?

Once approved, we’ll help arrange a replacement or exchange quickly.
What if my item arrives damaged?
